Spray Shimmer is the food spray with metallic effect developed by Lesepidado for the decoration and coloration of dark surfaces such as dark chocolate.

If used on light surfaces, such as white chocolate, it gives a nice mother of pearl effect.

The food spray with metallic effect Spray Shimmer allows a maximums performance on sugar paste, chocolate, butter cream, almond paste, biscuits and desserts in general, by giving to your creations a touch of brightness and style.

As the complete Lesepidado range of products, Spray Shimmer has been developed and manufactured in a BRC and IFS certified facility, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
