SWEET LACE MATT: MIX FOR EDIBLE DECORATIONS

Lesepidado presents two-component Sweet Lace Matt, the powder mix for edible laces. Perfect for decoration with the usage of lace mats and silicones. Specifically developed for customized and customizable decorations. Suitable for usage in artisanal, semi-industrial and industrial patisserie. 

This mix for edible decorations, combined with water-soluble food colours, is also available for mass colouring in order to obtain different shades. For a better fixing directly on the surface, we advise the use of our Edible Glue.

Useful for the creation of long lasting edible laces of great effect.

Sweet Lace Matt is a gluten-free mix for edible laces, formulated in compliance with the regulations in force.

As the complete Lesepidado range of products, Sweet Lace Matt has been developed and manufactured in a BRC and IFS certified facility, where no raw materials containing gluten are used.
